Privacy Policy
Repertune, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Repertune,” “we”), runs repertune.com (the “Site”). This policy covers the Site only. Client services are covered by a separate agreement.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, role, Spotify link or artist name, email address, and anything else you send. Automatically: your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you request, and for form submissions, the time, IP address, device type and country of your connection. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies or track you across websites, so Do Not Track signals don't change how the Site works.
How we use it
To reply to you and assess how we can help, including by reviewing public information about your releases; to run and secure the Site and prevent spam; and to meet legal obligations. Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in answering inquiries and securing the Site, and legal obligations.
Who receives it
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run, secure and store data for the Site on our behalf, including providers that deliver fonts and scripts to your browser; where the law requires it or to protect our rights; and with a successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
Where and how long
Your information is processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required. We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if you become a client or the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, or object to or restrict its use, and you won't be treated differently for asking. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@repertune.com; we may need to verify your identity.
Children and changes
The Site isn't meant for children under 16. If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
